1. Program Description

InnerLab is a digital, subscription-based membership that provides access to educational content, tools, live sessions, and community experiences focused on personal leadership, emotional mastery, and identity-based growth.

This is a digital experience. No physical products are provided.

2. Membership Term & Access

    •    Memberships are sold as a 12-month term, unless otherwise stated.

    •    Access begins immediately upon purchase.

    •    Access ends at the conclusion of the 12-month term unless renewed.

Founding Member Pricing

Founding Member pricing is valid only for the initial 12-month term.

Founding memberships do not auto-renew and require affirmative action to renew at the end of the term.

    •    All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

    •    Prices are clearly displayed at checkout.

    •    By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4. Refund Policy (Very Important)

We offer a 14-day clarity window.

    •    You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

    •    After 14 days, all sales are final.

    •    No refunds are issued after the refund window due to the immediate access to digital content and proprietary materials.

    •    Disruptive or unethical behavior

No refunds will be issued in these cases.
